The Fender Bassman Compressor is a no-fuss, pro-level compression pedal designed specifically for bass. At its core lies an RMS compression circuit – the same approach used in many of the most respected studio rack units – optimized for smooth, musical response.
Two selectable ratio modes (light compression or smooth limiting) and dual release options provide plug-and-play dynamic control with minimal setup. Compression and level knobs let you shape the core response, while the blend control allows you to retain the punch and dynamics of your dry signal for a perfectly balanced tone.
Further tone shaping is available via internal attack and release adjustments. Additional features include a side-mounted pad switch for active basses, soft-touch true bypass, and top-mounted jacks.
