Shipping & Returns
Estimated delivery time varies and can be read in each product description. Delivery by parcel post to buyer's nearest delivery point or home package. Instrument will be delivered only to the delivery address specified on order. When purchasing products with different delivery times, everything will be sent together at the last-mentioned date of delivery.
In case of delayed delivery, we will contact the customer within 1-2 working days if the delivery date is estimated to be delayed longer than 5 days. We only deliver to the payee at the adress validatet by our credit company. Packages are only delivered upon presentation of valid ID.
Delivery times within Sweden - Normally 1-3 working days (5-7 working days gross.lager)
Delivery times within Europe - Normally 7-10 working days
Delivery times outside of the EU and Europe - normally about 7-10 days depending on the country and customs clearance
Delivery times will depend on the availability of the goods at the supplier. Normally we have an order being home within 7 working days. Read more in the first paragraph of "delivery" for more information about the late delivery.
Prices are per order, regardless of how many products you order:

Other Nordic countries:
Accessories: weight and size but maximum 199kr
At the unusually large supplies, insurance and freight price changes. We reserve the right to add on shipping to those who ordered for pick-up in store, but for different reasons yet to have it delivered.
Returns / Returns
According to the law on distance contracts and home sales, the customer has 14 days cooling off period from the date he / she receives the goods. The customer must contact customer service, firstname.lastname@example.org if he / she wants to return the goods. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging with the invoice or delivery note. For returns within Sweden customers is charged with a return shipping and administrative expenses of 249 SEK, for musical instruments, for a returnslip if handled via Gitarren AB. Orders outside of Sweden the customer has it´s own responsibility for the return. The return package shoul always be well packaged and sent with the possibility for tracing the goods. Gitarren AB reserves the right, in cases where return is not complete, charge the missing pieces. Gitarren AB will not bail out package for delivery returns.
Packets not picked up within two weeks after delivery notice will be charged with shipping costs, return shipping and handling costs with total 295kr including VAT. At bulky item or orders from outside of Sweden is an additional charge imposed pursuant to applicable freight table.
Customer wishing that the package is sent out once more will be charged an additional shipping fee.
Customs duties and fees
For deliveries outside Sweden the customer is responsible for customs duties and fees, etc.. Should there be a delay in delivery we will notify you by e-mail. Gitarren AB reserves the right to notify you if an item can not be delivered or is delayed due to congestion on orders and reserves the right to rescind any compensation to customers for delivery delays.
If goods are damaged or lost during transport from us on the way to a customer Gitarren AB will take responsability. If goods are damaged or lost when you on your own initiative, return it, you as the sender are responsible for the goods. Unpack carefully and use the original packaging or equivalent. In case of products of greater value, we recommend that the goods are insured.
Inspect the shipping packaging and wrapping before you pick up the package. If the package is damaged so you will not redeem it without asking the delivery point to fill in the claim and return it to us. If you find that the item is damaged after you recieved the package, the customer is not to on his own return goods to us. The Postal services routines is that the goods, pending investigation, is not to get sent back to the store if the item is damaged.
All shipping packaging shall also be saved and documented. Complaints of shipping will be made within 3 business days. We will send new products in anticipation of the complaint investigation. Claim on the shipping damage is not approved if not following our instructions for the transportation responsibility .
