The updated X Series is designed for optimal playability. The acoustic-electric 000-X2E Brazilian boasts a hand-rubbed satin spruce top adorned with an elegant abalone pattern rosette, paired with durable and visually striking Brazilian rosewood pattern high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides, ensuring both durability and the classic Martin sound. 
Enhancements for playability include a slimmer fingerboard with a comfortable beveled edge and refined string spacing, along with a modernized bridge contour for a smoother, more comfortable playing experience. It also incorporates a select hardwood neck, fingerboard, and bridge for enhanced sound quality and sustain, as well as Martin E-1 electronics featuring a built-in chromatic tuner and controls for volume, tone, and phase. 
Whether played unplugged or plugged in, the 000-X2E Brazilian delivers balanced tone across all six strings, offering flexibility in playing style and venue. Additionally, all X Series models come with a softshell case for protection during transport.
