Inspired by the vintage "Rex" line of guitars advertised in mail-order catalogs during the 1930s, ‘40s, and ‘50s, the Jim Dandy models capture the essence and charisma of those early Gretsch flat-top guitars, offering excellent playability and top-notch tone.

With its petite and easily transportable parlor body shape and a compact 24-inch scale length, the Jim Dandy Deltoluxe Parlor guitar delivers exceptional tonal clarity and a rich midrange that resonates with the beloved characteristics of parlor guitars.

Crafted with lightweight laminate tonewoods and X-braced for optimum vintage tone and durability, the guitar features a "C"-shaped neck that ensures a comfortable playing experience for extended periods. Equipped with the onboard Gretsch Deltoluxe magnetic soundhole pickup, the guitar offers versatile amplified acoustic tones suitable for live performances, recording, and effects pedals.

Featuring vintage-style details such as a pinned bridge, tortoiseshell binding, "G" graphic pickguard, painted pinstripe purfling, 3-on-a-plate open-gear tuning machines, and oversized dot fingerboard inlays, this guitar exudes a nostalgic charm perfect for any barn gathering or musical jamboree.

From bluesy porch sessions to lively swing tunes, the Gretsch Jim Dandy Deltoluxe Parlor is an ideal companion for both beginners and seasoned players alike.
